As a for profit enterprise, Newton Services has undergone a number of changes and been quite successful in our endeavors. Here at Newton we feel it is time to pay forward some of the benefits we have gained. The decision to develop a non-profit foundation within the Newton organization for the sole purpose of community outreach was one that entailed careful deliberation.

We had to consider internal and external dynamics that could have a profound effect on who we are and who we are attempting to become. We understand the tremendous commitment to service a non-profit is founded upon, and we will work diligently to meet the needs of those whom we serve in the community.

A letter from the President and CEO

Dear Clients and Partners

Thank you for your continued confidence in Newton Services. On behalf of the entire organization, I want to personally thank each and every one of you for your belief in us to assist you with the opportunities to help you succeed.

Newton Services has been providing human resources and staffing solutions for over nine years to our clients and we have remained dedicated to developing our candidates, strengthening our capabilities, building our brand and building trusting relationships with our clients and partners. We also pride ourselves on providing superior talent to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with the key objectives of our clients.

In an effort to continue to deliver high-quality professional service, we at Newton Services have launched the “Newton Foundation”. The foundation’s primary purpose is to provide a platform to access higher education, post-secondary training, licensing and certification. The thinking behind this premise is simple yet profound. We feel if we are able to steer candidates into the areas of higher education or advanced training, we can assist our candidates in becoming better prepared for the workforce. The benefits of assisting our candidates in becoming better prepared serves two purposes; One, we are helping others to realize their full potential, and secondly, we strengthen our community with people who will be gainfully employed and who will subsequently fuel the economic growth associated with employment.

The Newton Foundation endeavors to build community through outreach efforts such as assistance with housing, transportation and scholarships for deserving candidates. We are excited about this undertaking and our future as a potential driving force in the rebuilding of Flint and the surrounding community.

In closing, I would like to extend an “open-door” policy to my office and my personal attention to all matters that concern you. If there is anything that I can do to improve our service to you, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Ronald Newton
President and CEO
